Very satisfied with the training arrangements, the professional facilitator and their teaching skills. Also thanks for the guidence on flight and hotel selection and it's really very nice. The only advice is suggest that the simulation should be kept pace with the real world market. The current low-end market can barely maintain such a double-digit growth in real business world.
1. The whole program design is reasonable and all the sessions are explained clearly. 2. Professor Cameron is very experienced with excellent teaching skills. 3. Simulation experience is ok and hope it can be improved as follows: - More heavy punishment on extra production inventory; - less market factors than the actual situation; - Each team should finish and submitted their decisions punctually which would be much more fair. Thanks to Carolyn for arranging such a valuable training experience.
Very meaningful training and the best training combined with practice and theory. The way of Professor Cam's teaching is excellent and cases mentioned can be fully understood. - Facilitator Fu Xin played roles of interpretor and facilitator which brings great help for participants to understand the whole lecture. - Class teacher Carolyn is very responsible and also gave some useful suggestions during the simulation. - Have a deeper understanding about strategy planning, positioning and market segmentation and get s few new new assessment tools through this training. -It is very helpful for the current marketing work and i will be recommend this program to the relevant colleagues.
1. The learning model including theory & simulation practice is very impressive, and the details of strategy can be verified immediately. 2. The teaching style and professional level of Cam are excellent. 3. The business principle must be followed. 4. The data statistics, analysis and application are important for business. 5. Positioning, segmentation and portforlio are the keys to company's operations.
1. Learn the whole picture of strategy. 2. Learn the way to make vision and objective by the internal and external analysis. 3. Learn from operating companies in the simulation. 4. Learn the resource allocation and portfolio.
1. Understand the 4 aspects of positioning strategy from the strategic planning process. 2. Learn the key factors which affects the desired outcome each round in the simulation. 3. Professor is very humorous and the theory combined with cases makes me better understanding of the theoretical knowledge.
It is necessary to understand the strategy planning process whatever the position is. In fact a 3 days training can’t be fully grasped, and hope there will be a series of training.
Instead of computer simulation, maybe we can do more "real world analysis", like taking 1 or 2 products or every team takes their own selected product to do analysis throughout the entire course. Just my personal opinion. Thanks to Professor Tipping. Thanks to the team.
The program allows us to systematically understand how a good strategy is generated, and also help us understand the company strategy, and then develop our own regional strategy, tactics and implementation.
Comments on: SABRE Strategy
1. Systematically understand the way of thinking, theories and practical methods of market-driven strategy. 2. Experience the meaning and value of strategy from simualtio practice. 3. Get new directions and ideas by learning with professional team members with different backgrounds from different industries. Suggest to adopt the real company, industry, and product in the simulation which could bring more interaction.
